The Process
From the first point of contact we aim to evaluate internal and external factors, site history and future objectives so we can gather information on how best to get you started on your design and journey.
Making plans for our team contributions and commitments helps us build a foundation with our clients so that we are able to set out the best route in getting schemes ready to start.
This involves us going through the brief and planning acquired on the outset so we can see which goods and services will be needed for the construction phase. Once understood, we can then carefully select contractors and suppliers, compare and negotiate estimates before awarding contracts.
During the construction phase, we know how crucial it is to focus on cost control, scheduling and communication. We undertake these roles to help your project run efficiently, identifying issues and monitoring progress to reduce setbacks and keep workflow effective until completion.
After construction is complete, care for each of our clients is still at our forefront, So it is important to us that each project once construction is finalised and the contractors involved have met their obligations, we will conduct a site visit to report any snagging to the client before final handover.
