Josh Knight - MCIAT
Managing Director / Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist
With over sixteen years’ experience Josh has over the years developed a strong passion for working on FMCG factory projects and factory re-fits, bringing both technical expertise and creative solutions. He is well versed in managing all RIBA stages 0-7 across various project types and holds knowledge that extends beyond the FMCG to various other areas of the commercial sector from concept design to construction.
Josh has a proven track record in optimizing factory spaces, modernizing layouts, and ensuring full compliance with the latest food safety standards, while also prioritizing operational efficiency, sustainability and safety. Josh’s collaborative approach allows him to work seamlessly with clients, engineers, project managers, and third parties to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for both new builds and re-fit projects.
Harley Cooper - BSc (Hons) MCIAT
Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist
With over ten years’ experience in the industry, Harley brings an extensive depth of knowledge across all RIBA stages 0-7 and has worked on a diverse range of commercial projects from initial concept to completion. Known for his collaborative approach and strong project management capabilities, Harley has a particular passion for working on large scale office fit outs and new build commercial developments.
Having extensive turnkey experience, Harley offers tailored, cost-effective design strategies that align with client budgets and objectives. With a track record across a range of commercial and industrial projects, spanning from small scale refurbishments to large-scale commercial developments, Harley is well versed in his work at each stage of a project’s lifecycle.
Ben Wells – BSc (Hons) ACIAT
Senior Architectural Technologist
With over eight years’ experience within the industry, Ben brings a wealth of experience, technical knowledge and a strong eye for detail. His knowledge and passion for delivering high-quality architectural solutions play an important role supporting our clients across various projects. With a strong work ethic and proactive approach to his role, Ben demonstrates the ability to work both independently, and collaboratively within the team. He prides himself on producing clear and technical designs that supports projects through design, coordination and delivery.
With an adaptable mindset and a focus on practical, well-considered solutions, Ben contributes valuable insight across our projects, making a positive impact on our commercial works.
Sarah-Jane Knight - CIAT Affiliate
Senior Architectural Technician
With over eight years’ experience Sarah-Jane has a wide range of both Residential and Commercial experience to which she has seen projects through from initial concept to completion. Sarah-Jane brings a well-rounded and hands-on approach to her work and particularly enjoys problem solving and finding practical, creative solutions throughout each stage of her projects. Sarah-Jane has a track record of handling projects at various stages, dealing with local authorities, engineers, contractors and other third parties.
Maintaining and building strong client relations are a key part of Sarah-Jane’s values. Being approachable, friendly and professional, she always aims to make the project’s process as smooth and collaborative as possible, keeping her clients needs and interests at the forefront of her projects.
Sasha Leney
Junior Designer
As a Junior Designer, Sasha brings over six years’ of hands-on experience in CAD and design. With a strong technical foundation already in place, Sasha is expanding her expertise within the architectural sector, supporting both our residential and commercial projects.
Sasha brings a brilliant can-do attitude to the team, combined with a thoughtful and proactive approach to her work. She has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing clear, well-considered drawings that support the delivery of high-quality designs for our clients. Sasha is also committed to building positive relationships with clients and team members, ensuring work in presented professionally and that projects progress smoothly.
Sadie Knight
Business Administrator
Bringing a strong foundation in sales negotiation, logistics, customer service and strategic thinking, Sadie’s background is defined by initiative, leadership, teamwork and a proven ability to build and maintain authentic client relationships. Working closely alongside the team, Sadie brings a comprehensive approach to tasks, objectives and client relations.
Throughout her career, Sadie has developed a passion for being creative and is always finding new ways to elevate J Knight Design’s presence within the industry.
