Appointed by the main contractor, we were tasked with expanding Branston’s capabilities to produce in-house chilled mash potato, enhancing supply chain efficiency for top UK retailers.

Strategic Planning & Early Works
- Assessed project risks and conducted site appraisals
- Defined client requirements and commissioned topographical surveys

Design & Regulatory Submissions
- Prepared and submitted planning drawings to the local authority
- Reviewed designs against Building Regulations
- Developed outline specifications and coordinated documentation
Technical Design & Construction
- Produced detailed architectural and regulatory drawings
- Created specific construction details and phase plans
- Liaised with building control and fulfilled planning conditions
- Managed tender documentation, contractor queries, and site logistics
- Delivered accurate as-built drawings reflecting completed works
